The only thing that I know of that would prevent this is if the license for PsExec was never accepted. This is to say that PsExec DOES get launched on the machine that is running Remote Reboot X, but when PsExec runs, it then connects to the remote machine and creates a service on that remote machine called something like "psexecsvc.exe" which you can see in the processes tab of task manager on the remote machine. Do you ever see this "psexecsvc" process on the remote machine? Also, regarding the PsExec license, it needs to be accepted on the machine that is running Remote Reboot X, not on the remote machines. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
